Hey from Vancouver! My name is Scott "B4" Cousens. I was an arcade rat as a kid until Activision and Pong blew my mind…my own home video game! I grew up playing Football, Rugby and fighting…while secretly playing D&D, reading fantasy, and waiting for EA to create B4ME 😊. I have always been curious about human behaviour and how it impacts performance…on and off the competition floor. Adamas was created to help enhance both the quality of life and performance of a new category and generation of athlete, I am thrilled to see what we can all achieve together. Greetings from beautiful British Columbia! Matt ‘Fish’ Fisher is my name and I'm the Director of Performance here at Adamas. My two passions growing up were sports and video games and after spending 12 years helping high performance athletes achieve their peak potential, I am excited to have the opportunity to do the same with esports athletes. I am a true believer that the best human beings make for the best performers and as such, I strive to help others improve all aspects of their lives. Having dealt with both physical injuries and psychological and social challenges throughout my life, I understand how many barriers can come in the way of what we want to achieve, whether this is winning a championship or simply living our best lives. At Red Bull Ryan was responsible for all of the in-game placements of product, athletes, team, race teams, advertisements and employee incentive programs developed from these properties.

Hoi from Zurich, Switzerland! My name is Nina "Silverborn" Zweifel and I am a Performance Coach here at Adamas. I’ve grown up in a tiny village in the Swiss countryside, with my head in books and my ambitions in places far away. Only after joining the esports world 5+ years ago did I find my place and my people. In the Swiss amateur esports scene, I had the chance to work with all kinds of esports titles from League of Legends to Farming Simulator and I quickly learned how challenging esports can be. As a pioneer in Switzerland, I built a comprehensive supporting structure for all our athletes. Through this endeavor, I've met the amazing team here at Adamas who have been a source of great guidance and supportive mentors to me. Together, we pride ourselves on not just helping athletes perform better, but also supporting people in navigating their life’s challenges. Hello from Vancouver, B.C., Canada! My name is Scott “ScottyD” Donald and I’m a Performance Coach at Adamas. I grew up as a long-distance runner and avid player of NHL on my PlayStation. It’s in these two arenas where I’ve learned the mental skills to get the most out of myself, so naturally I fell into a career helping athletes do the same. I imagine a world where we all have the mental skills to show up a little better in every moment, so I’m proud to be on the Adamas team where I can help shift the culture around what it means to be an athlete. Hello from a very small village in the English countryside called Gislingham! Whilst I live in England, I am an Irishman through and through, so you probably won’t be able to understand my accent and will have to ask me to slow down when I'm speaking - I’m a very passionate person. I have lived and breathed sports and gaming since I was a ‘wee lad’ and you could either find me running about on a rugby pitch or locked away playing GBs on COD - I dare you to challenge me in a 1-1 ;). I’m super competitive but also conscientious, a big communicator and a big visionary thinker. I love to be creative and I'm fascinated by sports science and the multitude of domains it covers. After completing an undergraduate degree in the subject, I've spent the last few years focusing on how technology can address the health and wellbeing challenges affecting gamers and esports athletes. I have a variety of experience across all areas of business, from strategy and product to performance coaching. Throughout my career I've been fortunate to work with Adidas, participate in the Ignite NI tech accelerator and start my own company Gscience - which is what brings me here today to my next adventure with Adamas.

Originally from Sydney, Jack has nearly a decade of experience working with High Performers. After completing his degree in Psychology at the Australian National University Jack worked as the High Performance Manager at the ANU, supporting Olympic and Commonwealth student athletes. In 2019 Jack moved to Edinburgh and completed his Masters in Performance Psychology and has since worked in Professional Rugby as a Mental Skills coach, first with Connacht Rugby in Ireland and currently with Harlequins Rugby in London.

G'day, my name is Cody Royle. I'm a native of Melbourne, Australia, but now Toronto, Canada is my home. Growing up, titles like FIFA, Grand Prix 2, and NHL were more than just video games to me, they were a way to explore the world despite living on a big, remote desert island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. I've spent the last decade coaching AFL Canada's men's national team, so you can probably imagine my delight when my team were featured in the AFL Evolution game. Most recently, I've written two Amazon bestselling books about coaching, and have been fortunate to work one-on-one with some of the world's best coaches in traditional sports. I joined Adamas because they're a values-driven organization that truly cares about people, and who wouldn't want to be part of a team like that?

Hi from the outdoor recreation capital of Canada, Squamish, British Columbia! I’m Josh, equal parts athlete and gamer. I run in the mountains, and enjoy gaming with friends. What do these two endeavors have in common? Friendship, teamwork, discipline, skill development, and… fun! I used to think hours training equated to growth. It wasn’t working. A coach told me: “Growth is 50% training and 50% resting”. I saw clearly that general well being is the stage for growth in any pursuit. Nutrition, sleep, mental health, etc. it’s all important. I joined Adamas to help further this mission. We are the bridge for players to play AND live the best they can.

I am a Mental Performance Coach from New Zealand. I am passionate about helping sports people get the best of themselves when it matters most I help sportspeople understand their own minds and work with them to develop a realistic plan dedicated to helping them achieve their dreams. I have a Masters in Sport Psychology and qualifications in Teaching and Psychology and combine this with the experience of having had 7 years as professional rugby player where I played in Portugal, Romania, New Zealand and the UK. I love to spend time outdoors, you'll often find me running, surfing or just walking with friends trying to solve the worlds problems one step at a time ;). I get excited about innovation and I love to question existing ways of doing things.

Dr. Rick Celebrini is internationally-recognized as one of North America's leading sport and orthopedic physiotherapists and is currently the Director of Sports Medicine and Performance for the Golden State Warriors of the NBA. As a therapist and consultant, Dr. Celebrini has worked with the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks, the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, and the NHL Players Association and in 2010, Dr. Celebrini occupied the prestigious role of chief physical therapist at the Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Dr. Lauren McBride is a Registered Psychologist in BC and Mental Performance Consultant. Dr. McBride's areas of expertise include university-aged population mental health, sport performance enhancement and mental skills training.

Dr. Kevin Loopeker has years of experience working within the sports vision field and has worked with the Canadian National Ski, Shooting and Soccer teams; and both men and women of the Vancouver Whitecaps. Dr. Loopeker received his Doctorate Degree (with Distinction) from the Pacific University College of Optometry (Forest Grove, Oregon). Here he spent four years working as the Sports Vision Research Assistant to Dr. Alan Reichow, Director of Sports Vision at Pacific University and Chief Vision Consultant for Nike.

Hallo from Berlin, Germany! I'm Mira, a sports physiotherapist working with esports teams. I'm also co-founder of The Mind Takeaway, a leadership coaching and high-performance consultancy company, and I co-host two podcasts: The Mind Takeaway and Unlearning Labels. During my career, I worked with individual athletes and teams, with people affected by autoimmune diseases and pain syndromes. I specialised in pain management, mentored and trained junior colleagues, and established and ran a medical rehab centre in the United Arab Emirates. Today, I work with esports teams and develop leaders. Over the years, I lived and worked in Croatia, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany, which gave me a unique perspective on the value of embracing diversity. I hold a Bachelor of Science in physiotherapy; earned an Advanced Diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, and psychology, plus a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy and advanced pain management. I am also a certified NLP master practitioner and coach and Clarity coach.

Marco started his sports medicine journey in his early days as a professional basketball player in Italy. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at the University of Turin, then pursuing a Master Degree in Sports Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy at the E. Fermi Institute in Perugia. After moving to the US in 2009, Dr. Milano obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles in 2016 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2021, Dr. Milano attained his CMPT Certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Dr. Milano started his own Physical Therapy practice in 2006, and has worked as a consultant for various professional organizations. After moving to California, he started working with the Nike Track&Field Team and travelled to various events across the US, including the 2012 Olympic trials in Eugene, OR. Dr. Milano lead the rehabilitation department as the first Physical Therapy provider for Red Bull High Performance in L.A. where he has worked with more than 300 world class athletes from 50+ disciplines, and he still works as a Physical Therapist for 12 years later. When he's not helping others, Dr. Milano enjoys spending quality time with his lovely wife and kids doing outdoor activities such as playing sports, gardening or going to the zoo.
